This ‘n That


Safety briefing

The mandatory safety briefing includes a review of the climbing rules and expectations, a harness fitting and instruction on how to use the harness system.

The briefing starts 30 minutes before your one-hour climbing session. Late arrivals will still have to attend a safety briefing session and harness fitting, which may shorten the time available for climbing.

Supervision

Adult supervision is required for children aged under 12 at a ratio of 1 adult per 6 children. Adult supervisors who are not climbing enter free of charge but may not be allowed on the climbing floor depending on capacity.

Footware

Always wear clean indoor closed-toe shoes (eg: running shoes). Professional style climbing footwear is not allowed.

Age ‘n Weight

Clip ‘n Climb is not suitable or safe for kids under 4 years of age but there is no upper limit.
To safely use our harness systems, climbers must weigh between 33 lbs and 330 lbs (15 kg-150 kg).

No Food

No food is allowed in the Clip ‘n Climb area. Bottled water is allowed and we have water for sale. As well, our own The Tortoise and Hare restaurant is generally available for dining before or after your session. Check for times of operation.
